The Indianola School Board received the 2023-24 Annual Community Report at their meeting Monday, detailing the results from the last academic year including feedback from students, teachers, parents, and staff. Superintendent Tara Paul tells KNIA News the report measures how the district met or fell short of their stated goals going into last year.

“Based off of last year’s data, throughout the report we go over what the Iowa School Performance Profile, formerly known as the Report Card, says. What information we get from that, and we also share the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress, the ISASP, which is formerly known as the Iowa Assessments. So we give the report to the board where we did really well, and where we have some areas to grow.”
