The Marion County Board of Supervisors approved the list of members who will make up the county’s EMS Advisory Council and the establishment of the council at their meeting Tuesday.

This list was approved unanimously at the meeting. Also at the meeting the board approved an amended memorandum of understanding with Polk County regarding mental health advocate services, an amendment to the Central Iowa Chief Elected Officials Shared Liability Agreement, several zoning commission appointments and board of health appointments. The board did not take action on a county engine brake ordinance and the meeting concluded with the board entering into a closed session.
