The Knoxville City Council will consider retiring several Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Districts at their meeting Monday night.

The council will look to adopt ordinances repealing current ordinances, which would retire these districts. Those included are Eric Drive, Industrial 3M, and Five Star. The council will also look to approve a service contract with Veenstra and Kimm for building inspection services, and the purchase of an accounting software.

Monday’s Knoxville City Council meeting will start at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
