The Knoxville Bowling Squads get back to the lanes tonight after an extended break. The Panthers will host Bondurant-Farrar at Statesmen Lanes in Oskaloosa. The boys were 3rd in a triangular on December 21st while the girls ended up 2nd in the same triangular. Coach Shaun Renard tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he is getting the bowlers to focus on what they need to do.

Renard: “Part of it is up to them, and control what they can control and not the setting. I try to get them to focus on their pre shot routine, how their arm feels on release.”

While the bowlers are at home, the girls wrestling squad will head to Clarke for a quad meet against Newton and West Central Valley. The Panthers were 12th at the Megan Black Invitational last week at Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont with Serenity Turner winning her weight class. Tonight’s quad is set to begin at 5:30.
