The Knoxville Recreation Center is holding a “Revive in 2025” challenge starting on January 13th.
The 75 day accountability challenge encourages residents to revive habits and health. Knoxville Recreation Center Wellness Supervisor Angie Jones says the challenge is a great way to help become the healthiest version of yourself to start the new year.
“It’s a 75 day program where you have so many workouts you have to hit a week. We’re going to help you with nutrition. We’re going to help you manage your sugar. We’re going to help you with your water intake. I have a scale that is a bioelectrical and impedance scale which is going to help me to help you to move your body the way you need to, put the nutrition in it you need to, and find the nutrition you need to so you can find the health you need. We get to do all of this through email and then I have a special class on Saturdays and scheduled through the week as well.”
The cost is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. Those wanting to participate in the “Revive in 2025” challenge can register at the Rec Center.
