Both Twin Cedars Basketball Squads took it on the chin against Moravia on Friday night. The girls lost 53-7 while the boys fell 62-41. The girls had trouble scoring and were led by Aiyanna Alvarado scored four points to lead the Sabers. The boys kept it close in the first half trailing 29-21 at halftime, but the MoHawks gradually pulled away. The Sabers struggled to hit shots going 15/52 from the field. Holden Roberts scored 17 points to lead Twin Cedars. Both teams will travel to Murray on Tuesday.
