Iowa State University and Extension in Marion County is holding weekly “Field to Fork” webinars starting on February 12th. The webinars are in partnership with North Dakota State University Extension and are held from 2:00-3:00 pm at the Marion County Extension office weekly through May 7th. The first few topics consist of how to start your own flower and vegetable transplants indoors, anatomy of a food recall, squash growing tips, and preserving salsa. Pre-registration for these webinars is required, and can be done by calling the Marion County Extension Office.
