Twin Cedars Boys Basketball made it two wins in two nights over its arch-rival Melcher-Dallas on Saturday. After defeating the Saints on Friday in a regular season game, the two squared off in the first round of the Bluegrass Conference Tournament in Seymour with the Sabers prevailing 65-44. Twin Cedars shot lights out all night at 47% from the field overall and 48% from three point range. Kaden Kloster scored 18 points in the win for high honors while Holden Roberts scored 15 and Brock Micetich had 11. Saints Coach Matt Bennett told KNIA Sports his team did not shoot the ball well and Twin Cedars shot well all night. Melcher-Dallas will play a consolation round game on Monday. The Sabers will play Ankeny Christian on Tuesday night at ACA in a quarterfinal.
