Pella Community Ambulance and Pella Fire recently received a Community Betterment Grant from Prairie Meadows for $25,000. As part of the grant, Pella Ambulance received a battery powered Combi Tool for basic extrication needs on an emergency scene, while Pella Fire received a variety of advanced extrication tools to help with more difficult or prolonged situations. With the help of these new tools, Pella Fire and Pella Ambulance will be able to continue providing the highest level of care on emergency scenes.
