The Knoxville Girls Wrestling Squad will head to the state qualifier today at Central Decatur in an attempt to get as many girls to the state meet as possible. The Panthers have been led this season by Serenity Turner, who has put together a 40-2 record and is #2 in the 105 pound weight class and is heavily favored to get to her 3rd state tournament. Other wrestlers that have put together good seasons and could make the trip to State are Mariah Ripperger. She owns a 34-10 record and Andie Branson has a 25-21 record. Action gets underway today at 4:00 at Central Decatur High School.
