The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams have their opening round postseason matchups set.

The Trojan boys finished the regular season with a 10-10 overall record and will take on Greene County in the opening round of the Class 2A Substate 6 bracket on Monday. The Rams are 4-18 overall and the two teams have never played in the Bound era.

The Trojan girls finished the regular season with a 14-8 overall record and will face Van Buren County Tuesday in the opening round of the Class 2A Region 1 bracket. The Warriors are 10-11 overall and defeated the Trojan girls last year in the postseason in their only historical matchup in the Bound era. Both the boys and girls postseason games are at home and scheduled for a 7:00 pm tip-off.
