A chance to make history once again and a chance for another sub state dress rehearsal for the class 3A #3 Knoxville Boys basketball Squad in front of the Panthers Monday night in the final regular season game. Grinnell is the final obstacle for the Panthers to establish the greatest start to a season in school history by winning their first 21 games of the season. This is also a team Knoxville may or may not see in its sub state when brackets are released on Monday. Coach Joel Keady tells KNIA/KRLS Sports while Grinnell’s record is not sparkling, The Tigers have a formidable team that was just one game from getting to Des Moines last season.

Keady: “They have a lot of talented players and have played together a long time, they’re very balanced, and we’re looking forward very much to playing them.”

Grinnell comes in with an 11-8 record and placed 2nd in the WaMac Conference West Division race. You can hear the game live on 95.3 KNIA with the pregame at 7:15.
