The Pleasantville girls basketball team took major strides in their 2024-2025 season.
On Friday night the Trojans shot at the state tournament came to an end after a loss to #1 ranked undefeated EBF, but it was a season filled with strong improvement from last year. Pleasantville ended their season under second year head coach Allyson Price with a 14-10 overall record which was eight more wins they had last season. The Trojans saw another strong season from star guard Joelle Johnson, but also saw significant contributions from several other players including freshman Taylor Perkins who had a breakout season. Pleasantville will graduate five seniors including Johnson, Hope DeMan, Emily Roe, Kyleigh McConnell, and Addie Van Ness.
