Pella’s local theater troupe is returning to the stage later this month for their first production of 2025. 

Union Street Players will present The Mousetrap with four total shows March 27th through the 30th at the Pella Community Center. The performances on Thursday, March 27th, Friday, March 28th, and Saturday, March 29th will be at 7pm, while the show on Sunday, March 30th will be at 2pm. Cast member Lonnie Appleby says that the show features multiple surprises and encourages everyone to come enjoy the production.

“I did not read the script before we had our first read through, and so I was absolutely shocked when everything was revealed. I was like ‘Wow, I didn’t see that coming.’ So I hope that’s what the audience will say is, ‘Wow, did not see that coming’.”
