Work continues on the Lake Red Rock Dam. The Army Corps of Engineers closed T-15 going over the dam to resume the upgrade and renovation projects about two weeks ago in the hopes that the fair winter weather would lead to short construction times. Assistant Operations Manager at Lake Red Rock John Holt tells KNIA/KRLS News that even though the weather has shifted, the work at the dam continues to move forward at a good pace. He says that the diving portion of the renovation work has been completed, and so he expects that weather related delays will be minimal. T-15 is expected to open again sometime in the middle of February. KNIA/KRLS will keep you informed of any information as it becomes official.
