On Monday, November 20 at 6:30pm he Pella Public Library Meeting will welcome
author Dr. Edgar Epperly on Monday November 20th at 6:30pm. Epperly who will read from and discuss his true crime book, “Fiend Incarnate: Villisca Axe Murders of 1912.” Copies of his book will be available for purchase and signing after the presentation.
