The Knoxville Fire Department Auxiliary is collecting new handmade blankets for care home residents until December 15th. Anyone who can make a blanket whether it’s crocheted, fleece, or quilted. They are asking that blankets by 48×60 inches. You can drop off your completed blanket to the Knoxville Fire Headquarters at 308 South 3rd Street by December 15th.
