Helping Hands in Knoxville has reopened to regular business hours. Helping Hands will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am-3:00pm. Helping Hands will still not be taking donations until they get through the stockpile of donations on hand. Masks need to be worn by everyone when entering the building and to continue to social distance to help keep everyone safe.
