National Library Week is April 19th-25th and is an annual celebration highlighting the valuable role libraries, librarians and library workers play in transforming communities and improving lives. The Knoxville library has moved Story Time and Book Club online, and is considering other online programming in the future. There are also many free resources available on the library’s website knoxville.lib.ia.us. People who need to apply for a new library card or renew their library cards can call 828-0585 or email knoxlib@knoxville.lib.ia.us. The wifi is free and accessible from the parking lot and people are reminded to maintain social distance.
