Families First will hold a parenting class called One Time Foundations Class on Tuesday August 27th from 5:30-7:45pm at Trinity Church in Pella. There will be a meal and childcare will be available. Topics will include foundations, sturdy leadership, feelings, calm, and emotional regulation. Registration is required, just email familiesfirst94@gmail.com. The class is free to attend.
