The annual Ruck For Vets will be in Knoxville on Saturday September 14th presented by the Knoxville VFW Post 3519 at 8:00am. Participants have the option to carry 40 pounds of gear and can walk, run or job with all proceeds going towards the VFW 3519 Relief Fund. Registration is $10 or $30 per person for a T-shirt.
