If Tyler Courtney could win at any race track, the Knoxville Raceway would be the track he could win at. Not just for the prestige of winning there, but who he drives for. Courtney drives for Clauson/Marshall Racing. The Clauson part of the operation is the family of the late Bryan Clauson, whose name appears on the new suite towers outside of turn two at the Knoxville Raceway. Courtney won the USAC National Sprint Car race Saturday Night at the Knoxville Raceway getting past Brady Bacon on lap 20 and cruising the final ten laps for the win. Courtney told KNIA/KRLS Sports, this win meant a lot because of the Clauson name and what it means to the race track. Eric Bridger won for the fourth time in the 305s leading every lap, and the same for Jon Agan in the 360s.
